From my security report:

On Thursday, the Turkmen government introduced a series of new

regulations for residents of the capital city of Ashgabat. Residents must

now inform the local government of all large family events, including

weddings, funerals, and birthdays. The new laws also require a Turkmen flag

to hang from every residential building in the city. Residents must also

plant two trees outside their home, plant flowers, and live in harmony with

one another.

And I mean it. I probably give the US government heart attacks.
