people who bug me
19 June 2003   12:10 pm

People that bug me:

1. People who can’t use the internet. It’s not that hard. Get a sympathetic friend to set you up, and then go explore.

2. People who chew with their mouths open.

3. People who can’t use the internet well. If you’re an adult with an office job, you need to be able to send and receive email and find information on the web. And, as I may have mentioned not that hard. Take the time to learn.

4. People who don’t like dogs

5. People who think they need to take a class to learn something new. I admit that there are some things you need lessons for, but the majority of things you can pick up on your own. You will never get around to taking that class. Get a book. Look on the internet. Go find that sympathetic friend again and get them to show you how.

6. People who write code for spiders that sign your guestbook with spam

7. People who always wanted to do something fairly minor but somehow never found the time. My god. Life is worth more than that. If you’re always wanted to see Niagara Falls, buy a greyhound ticket and go see. If you always wanted to learn origami, just go do it. Stop talking.

8. People who don’t laugh at my jokes

9. Girls who don’t lift weights for fear of getting big muscles

10. Children. All of them.

USAID is one of many donors for the project I work for. And I mean it. I probably give the US government heart attacks.
