1. Violet is not my name but it's one of my favorite pseudonyms.

2. I am 26, and I have a Master's degree in public health, with an international health concentration. (feel free to email if you'd like to offer me a job)

3. I work for a big international organization, in the field of public health.

4. I am Muslim, but not an especially devout one.

5. I have a boyfriend. He will be here in about a week. This is very exciting. I try to keep him out of this diary, though, because...well, I don't really know why.
